LIEUTENANT GREG PERCY

Command Level Supervisor

Lt. Percy graduated from BLET at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NC in November of 1995, and has been employed with the Benson Police Department since December of 1995. He previously worked for the National Park Service at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer, and has also worked for the Chapel Hill Police Department. While in Benson, he has served as a Patrol Officer and a Detective, and is now a Lieutenant, supervising the Patrol Division, the Investigations Division, and the Special Services officers. He is currently the Evidence Custodian for the department, and he also is responsible for administrative functions, such as scheduling and payroll, grant writing and management, and computer support.
